Clairvoyance is one of the most intriguing aspects of paranormal studies. There are many people who devote themselves to studying it. There is even a clairvoyance test that is administered to people who think they might be clairvoyant.
Clairvoyant powers have always been shrouded in a lot of mystery and it is no surprise. People who are clairvoyant have been given a special gift that confuses and sometimes scares others who have no paranormal powers. Why? Because those with clairvoyance have knowledge of the unknown and those without powers can resent their ability to see into the past, present and future.
If you have ever wondered what it is like to be clairvoyant, chances are that you most likely are, it this thought crossed your mind now and again. Every individual has episodes where they dream about something happening before it does. Then again, maybe you have experienced bad feelings about something and you turn out to be correct. Those little episodes of dj vu are another example of being clairvoyant.

Clairvoyance is something you’ve no doubt heard about before; it’s a word you may commonly see in ads for psychics. However, anyone at all can develop clairvoyance. It’s an ability which every one of us naturally possesses, but you need to put in some effort to develop it to its full potential. Like learning any kind of new skill, you need to practice to become an expert at it.

The paranormal word ‘clairvoyance’ is one that originated in the French language. In the French language the term ‘clair’ is translated as ‘clear’ and the word ‘voyance’ translates to ‘vision’ and ‘voyant’ means ‘visionary. Therefore, the word ‘clairvoyance’ translates to ‘clear vision’ and a ‘clairvoyant’ is a person that is a ‘clear visionary.’ It is unfortunate, but this ery literal translation is neither accurate nor helpful.
